WA 211 Survey

Thank you for your continued support of Washington 211 through your use and promotion of 211. We would like to ask you to participate in a survey that will help identify the strategic direction and future of 211 in the coming years. 

As you well know, the impact of COVID-19 has taken a horrific toll on individuals, families, and communities. The pandemic has also exposed inequities in our public health and social service systems that have existed for years but went unnoticed until there was a global crisis. Washington 211 has experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and socioeconomic impacts of COVID on Washington residents through the over 1 million calls we have responded to both through 211 and the State COVID Helpline.

To ensure that 211 continues to meet the needs of the state and is prepared for the next crisis, we are seeking input from 211 users and community partners like you. Deloitte has generously provided their strategic consulting services to help guide Washington 211 through a strategic planning effort that will identify what 211 can do to improve services and make a greater impact on the lives of Washingtonians.
