Amanda Madorno
Interim Executive Director
As an interim CEO with 24 completed assignments, Amanda has decades of experience helping nonprofit leaders focus their future during an executive transition.
She helps nonprofit boards and leaders successfully navigate and steward the complexity of change with clarity, focus and confidence.
She brings a deep and broad understanding of the nature of leadership, organizational transitions and leadership sustainability to her work.

Wanda Oliver
Operations Manager
Wanda Oliver has worked for Washington 211 since 2006 and maintains and oversees WA211’s technology infrastructure and provides IT support to regional 211 call centers.
Wanda brings years of effective programming and network administration expertise to her position.

Kate Urwin
Quality Assurance & Training Manager
Kate Urwin has 20 years of nonprofit experience across staff, Board, and volunteer roles. She leads Washington 211’s training, staff development, quality assurance, and emergency operations management and training.
Kate oversees network standards, Inform USA compliance, and statewide contact center training, ensuring consistency in service delivery. She also manages the WA211 Virtual Contact Center for emergency and contracted operations and contributes to state and local emergency planning and response.

Hannah Newton
Resource Database Manager
Hannah Newton has worked in the 211 space since 2005, maintaining and coordinating resource databases. Currently she splits her time between Washington 211 and King County 211.
