Big changes are coming to Washington 2-1-1! We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new database vendor for our community resources database. What does this mean for you, our users?

  • We will be introducing a BRAND NEW search website which will launch in June 2019.
  • Resource updates are currently -frozen-. During this transition period the existing resource website will still be available and searchable. HOWEVER information presented on our existing search website will not include recent updates from providers, and may not contain the most up-to-date information until our transition is complete.
  • Each of our 211 call centers will continue be live during regular operating hours to connect callers to resources in their communities.

We are excited that we will soon be able to share a new web search for Washington 2-1-1 and hope that these improvements help you to find the information you need faster and easier than ever before.
